BABY CARRYING
Wrap your Baby in LOVE!
Carrying your baby is the most natural thing to do. They have been carried for 9 month. They are used to hear your heart beat and your breathing. Baby wearing provides a secure and safe environment for your baby and helps them to built self-perception and get used to the new world around them. These sweet young humans benefit enormously from being carried – bonding, developing a natural sleep rhythm and digesting are improving a lot when they are so close to you. Also – by using a wrap or a sling you support your own body recovering after giving birth by getting stronger through carrying your baby close to your body. But no worries – to “put on” a wrap is easier than you think.

POSTNATAL EXERCISE

Starting 6 weeks after you gave birth. Support your body while recovering with special exercises for pelvis strength, abdominal muscle strength (minimize Diastasis Recti) and getting back to a natural hormonal balance.
