What does my first visit look like?
Within your first visit we will create an evaluation of your current health condition. We will talk about goals and treatments to reach those goals. The consultation can be followed by your fist treatment.
Where is the treatment going to take place?
In-home visits or studio appointments are possible. Let’s talk about the best option for you.
What do I need to wear?
Comfortable clothing, such as sport clothes, T-Shirt and jogging pants. The Manual Lymphatic drainage is a treatment – like most massages – on the skin.
How long is each visit?
The time varies due to the treatment and / or exercise program we create for you. One visit will most likely be between 30 to 45 minutes on average.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the end of each visit, unless other agreements have been made in advance. We accept Credit Card, Cash, Venmo and Zelle. We are not part of health insurance plans or prescriptions.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment please let us as soon as possible, so we can offer that spot to a different client.
