My name is Liron Gutkin.
I’m a German Physical Therapist now based in Fredericksburg, Texas.
I was born and raised in Düsseldorf, Germany, in a very active, outdoor-oriented family. My parents had horses even before I was born, so I grew up around them — and they remain a big part of my life today. At the age of five, I discovered vaulting, a form of gymnastics performed on a moving horse. I competed successfully at the state level in Germany until I became pregnant with my first son in 2011.
My passion for Physical Therapy began in my teenage years. After finishing high school, I studied at the University Hospital in Essen and graduated as a Physical Therapist in 2007.
Since then, I’ve focused on two main areas: Children’s Therapy and Sports Training.
To deepen my expertise, I completed an additional year of education to become a Neurodevelopmental (Bobath) Therapist, which allows me to work with infants, newborns, children, and adults with neurological or neuromuscular conditions.
My second area of specialization is Sports Physical Therapy.
I am also a certified Vaulting Trainer and Personal Trainer.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical and therapeutic settings, mostly with infants and children. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams of speech therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, pediatricians, nurses, teachers, and—most importantly—parents.
My family and I moved to Fredericksburg, Texas, a few years ago and we absolutely love the Hill Country! Our two boys are active outdoor kids – they kept the German passion for soccer and enjoy fishing with their dad.
We feel so at home here and are thrilled to bring my passion and experience to this wonderful community.
I truly love what I do and feel grateful every day to support people of all ages in achieving better movement, confidence, and quality of life.
